Prior to the workshop, participants complete the Intro[re]spection™ Assessment, developed by the Childress Firm, which informs participants of their Intro(re)spection™  Outcome.

In this workshop, participants will learn the following:

• How respect is communicated in different cultures;
• Why it is important to understand that each person experiences, communicates, and receives respect differently; and
• Why communicating and acting according to your colleagues’ Intro[re]spection™ Outcome is critical to building an engaged and respectful workplace.
