2. How can I find out my Intro[re]spection™ Outcome?
To find out your Intro[re]spection™ Outcome, take the Intro[re]spection™ diagnostic. If you are taking the diagnostic as a part of a training purchased by your employer or your organization, you should have received a code from your employer or organization to use to take your assessment, which allows you to take the assessment free of charge.

3. Why is it important to know how I and my colleagues exhibit and receive respect?

We all have a human desire to be respected. But what does that really mean to you? Have you ever sat down and thought about it? If someone asked you, “what does respect mean to you?,” how would you respond? Your Intro[re]spection™ Assessment will give you the tools to communicate what respect means to you. You may take the assessment here.  Take the Intro[re]spection™ Assessment.

Respect is an essential element to a successful workplace where everyone feels included, and everyone feels a sense of belonging. With millions of people in the workplace, representing all genders, races, age groups, socioeconomic levels, cultures, and interests, when we speak of “respect,” we are speaking of a term that means different things to everyone. Treating people the way that they experience and receive respect is the key to building respectful workplaces. We must engage in Intro[re]spection™ to fully understand how to communicate the way that we experience and give respect.

4. How are Intro[re]spection™ Trainings Conducted?

“What is the Intro[re]spection™ Outcome of My Colleagues?” is a signature, interactive workshop, conducted virtually to supervisory and non-supervisory employees.   During this highly engaging training, a skilled trainer discusses why behavior that is tailored towards each person’s Intro[re]spection™ Outcome is critical to building an engaged, respectful workplace.

Prior to the workshop, participants complete the Intro[re]spection™ Assessment, developed by the Childress Firm, which informs participants of their Intro(re)spection™ Outcome.
In this workshop, participants will learn the following:
• How respect is communicated in different cultures;
• Why it is important to understand that each person experiences, communicates, and receives respect differently; and
Why communicating and acting according to your colleagues’ Intro[re]spection™ Outcome is critical to building an engaged and respectful workplace.
