Introspection is defined as “the examination or observation of one’s own mental and emotional processes.” Intro[re]spection™ is a personal examination into how we receive and give respect .

When we engage in Intro[re]spection™, we build more substantive connections and inclusiveness in the workplace.  We cannot create respectful workplaces without understanding how each person in the workplace experiences respect.   This is where the Intro[re]spection™ Assessment comes in.

The Intro[re]spection™ Assessment.

The Childress Firm PLLC’s  Intro[re]spection™ Assessment was developed by award-winning employment law attorney, Jessica Childress.   This assessment gives organizations the tools to have meaningful and intentional conversations regarding how to show respect to each individual person in their workplace, thus promoting a culture of true inclusion and belonging.

Participants who take the Intro[re]spection™ Assessment immediately receive their Intro[re]spection™ Outcome report after completing the assessment.   This report offers insights for understanding how persons with this outcome give and receive respect.

Does your organization want to go further than the Intro[re]spection™ Assessment?

“What is the Intro[re]spection™ Outcome of My Colleagues?” is a two-hour signature, interactive workshop, conducted virtually and in-person to supervisory and non-supervisory employees.   During this highly engaging training, the Childress Firm’s Managing Attorney, Jessica Childress, discusses why behavior that is tailored towards each person’s Intro[re]spection™ Outcome is critical to building an inclusive and respectful workplace.

Prior to the workshop, participants complete the Intro[re]spection™ Assessment, developed by the Childress Firm, which informs participants of their Intro(re)spection™  Outcome.

In this workshop, participants will learn the following:

  • How respect is communicated in different cultures;
  • Why it is important to understand that each person experiences, communicates, and receives respect differently; and
  • Why communicating and acting according to your colleagues’ Intro[re]spection™ Outcome is critical to true workplace inclusion.
